Cookie Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • Version 2.2
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are compact text files placed onto your computer or mobile device when you access web pages. They are widely used to facilitate basic application security, remember navigation preferences, and measure aggregated page rendering performance.
2. Categories of Cookies We Deploy
A. Essential & Security Cookies (Strictly Necessary)
These cookies are indispensable for our web application to operate properly. They include cryptographic Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) security tokens generated by our Laravel backend, load balancer session sticks, and consultation form submission states. Without these cookies, services requested via our interactive audit forms cannot function.
B. Functional & User Preference Storage
We use browser LocalStorage and lightweight cookies to remember your interactive UI states, such as accordion expansion states in our FAQs, active tabs, and accessibility preferences (such as reduced motion settings).
C. Diagnostic Performance Telemetry
We collect privacy-preserving, anonymized telemetry metrics (such as Google Core Web Vitals, page rendering latency, and static asset CDN load speeds) to optimize our global content delivery network. This telemetry contains zero personally identifiable data.
3. Third-Party Scripts & Tracking Minimization
We maintain an ultra-clean frontend architecture. We do not embed third-party advertising retargeting pixels (such as Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or Outbrain trackers) on our marketing pages. All third-party services (such as Cloudflare CDN or font providers) are governed under strict privacy-preserving enterprise contracts.
4. How to Manage and Disable Cookies
You can configure your browser to block, refuse, or alert you about cookies. Please refer to your browser settings:
